I offer one-to-one and one-to-two yoga for adults and young people who would like a yoga practice tailored to their needs. This is ideal for helping you maintain strength and suppleness as you age as well as providing new challenges to help you realise your potential.
I plan these hour long sessions to include physical postures (asana) and relaxation, but they can also include breathing practices and meditation practice, as required.

- Call or Email me so that we can discuss your needs and goals.
2. I email you a student questionnaire form to complete. This includes health details, data protection and terms and conditions. This helps me to plan appropriately and safely for you.
3. We arrange an initial class for you, lasting for 60 minutes. I will plan this according to your needs and goals. It may include foundational postures and a chance for me to see how you are with these movements. Afterwards, I will email you with your personal practice plan.
4. Follow-up sessions can be booked weekly, monthly or as and when you feel you need them.
