About Pathways Yoga

The concept of Pathways Yoga is rooted in the idea that pathways are routes not just through our surrounding external landscape but also through our internal landscape; our feelings, emotions and mental states. And that by starting in one place and finishing in another, we are changed by the process, which is a powerful and known definition of Yoga.

My Mission is to offer a space where each individual can explore practices that meet them exactly where they are – physically, mentally and emotionally and guide them towards greater balance along their own, unique pathway.

Different pathways – different tools

When we take our own journey through life we will inevitably meet crossroads where choices need to be made. We might go ‘off the beaten path’ and explore our surroundings more deeply. Sometimes a path can be gentle and easy but at other times it can be rough, with obstacles and we need inner resilience, persevere or the awareness to re-assess. There are also pathways that lead to unexpected places and offer the opportunity to pause and reflect – finding our own calm cave, just as our ancestors did thousands of years ago.
